Indiecyndy's
music has its own very specific feel, and also carries the flavors
of several wonderful artists and styles from differing genres.
Infused with sounds from sixties protest rock, eighties guitar
ballads, nineties fem rock and more, Indiecyndy combines political
and social commentaires with occassional spiritual undertones
and an almost constant playfulness.
Rich guitar work similar to Def Leoppard, Eric Clapton, and Joe
Satrini fits surprisingly well with a vocal cocktail reminiscent
of Meredith Brooks, Cheryl Crowe, Alanis Morissette, the Divinyls,
and Joan Osborne. Indicyndy's music is fun and meaningful. Its
modern alternative rock style carries the nostalgia of decades
past in a combination that couldn't sound more natural.

Mr. Guatemala bureaucrat
Riding high in first class
On your way to Miami
To make a trade deal to save your country
Free trade will trickle down you say
But first the big boys get to play
Eventually, the world will see
That global free trade is the way it should be
Subsidized commodities
Flood the markets of poor countries
Local farmers can’t compete
Imports starve their economy
When there is no trade or no crop
The desperate slave in a sweat shop
It seems like the powers that be
Are the only people who are free
Come on and make trade fair -- Talk about solution
Make trade fair -- global revolution
We could make trade fair, fair
We could make trade fair
Development loans caused a crisis
A global drop in coffee prices
25 million out of business
No school, no food and their awareness
That coca is a rich man’s wine
Now coffee withers on the vine
While coffee conglomerates’ profits rise
The rich kid parties, a poor mother cries
Come on and make trade fair -- Talk about solution
Make trade fair -- global revolution
We could make trade fair, fair
We could make trade fair
Come on and make trade fair – Talk about solution
Make trade fair -- global revolution
We could make trade fair, fair
We could make trade fair
