Process and Procedures
- Email your content (GRAPHICS/TEXT, MUSIC etc) to: sales@unlimitedtracks.com
- Make sure all text is in Microsoft Word format or notepad and the spelling is properly checked. Please double check your text, WE DO NOT MAKE CHANGES to your content. **A $25 fee per change will be charged if changes have to be made to your content.
- All photos and/or logos ahould be saved in jpeg format.
- when emailing MP3 Files list properly the songs you want to be played. If the files are to big then send us the CD via snail mail.
- Include all contact information and include links to website or myspace.
- After composing your promo we send you a test email to proof/approve. Failure to respond to the test email will delay the delivery.
- Pleas note the turnaround time for the package you choose.

PAYPAL PROCEDURES:
We accept orders through PayPal, a safe and secure credit card processor, and you do not have to be a member of PayPal to use your credit card. GO TO www.unlimitedtracks.com and click on the paypal button. Complete form. Please make sure you include the name of your promo. Note: The recipients email is sales@unlimitedtracks.com - Please pay with a CREDIT CARD. NO E-CHECKS. If you send an e-check, we can't start the design of your promo until the e-check has cleared. - Sound does not play in every email platform. Black Gospel Promo is not responsible if your email provider prevents sound from playing.
- In consideration of those opening email at work, we generally do not allow sound to start automatically. Instead, we provide an on and off button.
- Unlimited Tracks sends out 2-5 emails a day. If you believe that you are having trouble receiving our emails, please let us know BEFORE we send your promo out.
- If you have any people that you would like us to send your email to please have them subscribe and confirm their subscription to Unlimited Tracks. Please let us know BEFORE we send your promo out if they are having trouble receiving our emails.
- SPAM is a fact of life. Different email platforms filter out different messages based on various criteria. Unlimited Tracks cannot control what your email provider filters. What is spam on AOL may be perfectly fine in Yahoo and vice versa.
- DOUBLE CHECK YOU CONTENT- Unlimited Tracks designs numerous promos a day. We do not have time to proof your content. Please make sure that there are no typos, all names are spelt correctly, and all links are working. We will NOT be held responsible for errors sent out in a promo that YOU APPROVED.
- Delivery dates cannot be given until the promo is finalized.
- While we try our best to accommodate all of our clients, we cannot guarantee a delivery time.
- You are only allowed to promote one artist/entertainer in your promo. Your promo is not to be used to promote any other entitities or design firms. Please remove all links promoting other entities, design firms or promotional companies. The cost to promote other companies or entities is an additional $500.00.
- If you purchase a promo designed by us, please allow us to use our expertise and experience to create a promo that will best represent you. If you have a specific design that you would like, you may want to consider a pre-designed promo. Also note that design changes will result in additional fees.
